Breathing & Oxygen Therapy
Triggers cause airways to become inflamed. Avoiding or controlling triggers helps reduce symptoms and prevent flare-ups.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation & Exercise
Rehab combines exercise, emotional support, and education. You and your care providers work together to create a plan just for you.
Medications help prevent or relieve shortness of breath and other symptoms. To work, they need to be taken regularly.
